zone rates/region tables mod - price drops off after 100

I have been going back and forth between Zone Rates and the Region Tables mod in order to solve my shipping needs.

They both seem to work just fine for the most part. But my problem is this...

I have 2 regions set up, by price, one for US and Canada, and one for everywhere else.

Region 1: US,CA = 35:3.00,90:6.00,100:0

Region 2: 00 = 35:10.00,99:15.00,100:20.00

These both calculate just fine except in Region 2 everytime the price goes up to $100 or more, the shipping rate drops to $0 instead of $20.

$35 shows the proper $10 rate, $99 shows the proper $15 rate, but $100 + shows the rate to be $0 instead of $20.

I do not have a clue as to why this is happening. If anyone could point me inthe right direction that would freakin Rock !!

If you end at 100 then so does the cost ...

End it at 10000 instead ...
