Hi,
I have enabled shipping estimates in my cart.
It shows a dropdowns for Country/State, and also the flat rate table.
Since I only use the flatrate table, how do I get rid of the Country/State dropdown?

If you only have a single shipping option for Flat Rate ... why not turn off the Shipping Estimator and just put on the template for the shopping_cart Shipping: $10.00 or whatever?

Sorry,
I didn't mean flat rate,
I meant table rate
