shipping cost calculated by total weight not weight of individual postage cost - help

[/FONT]I don’t know if the[FONT=Courier New] "[FONT=Verdana]Package Tare" or "packaging percentage:weight" [/FONT][/FONT]is what they can use to fix this or how this works

Sorry to bother people but as we dont know how it work testing it may be ineffectual

That is the way the austpost module is supposed to work. ie, it combines items to produce a single package.

Not really, mainly because there isn't anything to 'fix'.
The package/tare weights are not a function of the shipping modules (although they are used by them indirectly). These settings define the weight of the packaging.
