re error with testing paypal

please help i upgraded to paypal business account my server is siteground and when i followed the instructions for integrating pay pal when testing i get these errors - where have i gone wrong?

Sounds like you have an older version ...

The current version of Zen Cart is v1.3.7.1 which has all of the updates for PayPal in addition to other fixes ...
