Any advice for upgrading from 1.2.4 to 1.3.7

I have been tasked to upgrade a friend of mines Zen site from 1.2.4 to 1.3.7. This will be the first Zen upgrade I have ever done so I am a bit concerned.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom? What is the best way to approach this task?

Do I just install the latest version of Zen on a new server or do you install the all the releases in between?

Any help is much appreciated.

/new_shop

And read all the various break downs on doing this safely ...

There should also be information in your /docs directory that came with Zen Cart ...
