Can anyone help me on what shipping rate module to use and how to apply it? No need for the complete details, a syntax/formula for the fields of even a single example is greatly appreciated.

Basically, my site allows around 30 countries, each country has a per-weight table rate. Each country has a unique table rate.

Example... US follows delivery rate: 0-1kg = 100 and 1-2kg = 130
