Think I posted this in the wrong section... so I'm posting it here again!

OK... firstly I have just purchased a website who uses zen cart... I have hardly any knowledge of it at all!!! So you may need to be gentle with me and talk slowly LOL

My problem is that I have had two customers now email me to say that they have purchased from my store (paid via paypal plus a store coupon). Paypal has gone through successfully, and the money is in my account. But they cannot get into their account to download their products. When they try they just get a blank scren. When I got into the store, their orders are not showing up at all.

Now I have had a friend and myself do some dummy orders through the store using paypal, and everything seems to be working fine.

Is this something to do with zen cart or am I on the wrong track altogether?
