problem loading site

Yesterday my site was fine but today it loads this into the browser:

126 Incorrect key file for table './Libraries/whos_online.MYI'; try to repair it
in:
[delete from whos_online where time_last_click < '1186247048']

I have no idea what this means. I can login to Admin. What should I do?

Also,

When I go to Whois Online in admin I get a little more info (whos_online.php):

126 Incorrect key file for table './Libraries/whos_online.MYI'; try to repair it
in:
[delete from whos_online where time_last_click < '1186248853' or (time_entry=time_last_click and time_last_click < '1186249513')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Using phpMyAdmin which should come with your server Control Panel, you should be able to locate your database and repair this table ...

This issue can happen from time to time but if it happens more frequently than not then get together with your hosting site and find out what is wrong with your database or the configuration on the server ...
