What all shipping modules are installed?

If you have multiple shipping modules installed and are using Sort Orders, be sure that they are all unique and none are 0 ... or leave them all at 0 ...

When I go to the URL that you provided and add a Product to the cart and go to the Shipping Estimator and enter an address I see:

That is the Zone Rate zones shipping modules ...

Did you give the correct URL for us to look at?

If you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... what do you see?

oh,, please try again, i just removed the zone rate module, only usps module is green now

I have Zen cart 1.50. i have added the current USPS module for 2012. I have checked in the developers tool and the version I have is

I have change the sort order so that none of my options are the same and none are zero. I have verified I am changed over to the production server twice. I have checked this with using just that one shipping module and had it with all the options i want to use. Still get

"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.

Before when I used this I had to enter my password as well is that an issue? Also this is what I was sent from USPS was
