I've customised all of my store but need to remove the sitemap from appearing on the 404 page, can anyone help please?
I can't find anything on the forum for this

Just a message to say page not found, just without the sitemap
Edit your CUSTOMIZED copy of the tpl_page_not_found_default.php template file and remove the part that draws the sitemap (echo zen_SiteMapTree->buildTree(); )
And turn off the account-links in admin->configuration->layout settings->Site Map - include My Account Links
