Extra payment w/++++++?

Can anyone help me out?
I have a big problem that I can't seem to fix and don't know who I can get an answer from. It's costing me customers and they're getting very upset that I can't fix it. I am hoping someone can at least tell me how to go about and fix this.

Sub-Total: $10.98
Per Item (Best Way): $7.10
++++++++++++++: $2.79
Florida Tax: $0.92
Total: $21.81

It's the part that has the ++++++++++++: $2.79 that is throwing everything off. Where does that come from? I have tried all the settings and do not know HOW/WHERE this extra amount is coming from. If you go to my website: www.teaporia.com and try and place ANY order, you will get this extra amount added to the shopping cart. I am completely lost and REALLY need some advice from someone. Can you possibly help me?

Unfortunately, I can't try to place an order without creating an account, so I can't see what's going on.

Go into your admin and use the Developer's Toolkit (under Tools) and see if you can find +++++ in any of your files. It could give you a clue.

1. are there extra taxes configured on your site besides just the Florida one ?
2. which payment modules do you have installed?
3. which order total modules do you have installed?
4. which shipping modules do you have installed?
