Default USPS Parcel Post Rate question

Has anybody noticed the (domestic) Parcel Post rate calculated with the USPS shipping module always include the "extra postage"?

For example, from http://www.usps.gov, click "Calculate Postage" link at the top of the page. The Parcel Post rate for 1lb from 10007 to 91210 by default is $4.50. But if you click "Additional Postage May Apply" and then "Yes", the rate for Parcel Post will become $8.39.

My question is, the Parcel Post rate calculated from Zen-Cart USPS shipping module always is the higher rate with the additional postage included. But the problem is, in our case, we do not have any oversize or undersize boxes or any other special packaging so there should be no additional postage! How can I force the shipping module to choose the regular rate for me?

You can check out the following links to see what I mean.

(This is the rate I am getting from the shipping module, with additional postage included)

(This is the rate I would like the shipping module to calculate for me, but don't know how)

Try comparing the prices when you have Machinable vs Non-Machinable ...

NOTE: weight must be less than 35lbs and greater than 6 ounces or it is not machinable ...

Thanks so much! That's exactly what was wrong. I did not know what "Machinable" means so I totally ignored that radio button:-)
