Is there any way that I can extract the choose an option value (size) and the add to cart / quantity box then insert that into a regular HTML file with the product that I design myself. This isn't working out for me, it's weird to customize and i just want a plain layout. I can easily design that myself. In addition to that I just want the cart functions in a regular html page.

ahhhh, basically nope. ZC is not designed that way.
