I installed this mod, and the module manager as instructed, now my admin is broken/gone. Can you tell me what would have caused my entire admin to disappear? It was fine when I installed the module manager, but was gone as soon as I loaded the files for the cross sell mod! Please help!

When I click the "delete" of one cross sell, it just says " 0 cross-sell(s) cleaned up" and that cross sell didn't get removed!!
