Removing white space right side of banner

I am trying to fix this template, and I am wondering how I can remove the white space from the side of the banner on my site:

Your overall width is set at 980px with the sideboxes at the default 150px each. That's a total of 300 for the sideboxes substracted from the 980 site width leaves 680px.

Your image is 580px. Hence the 100 pixel blank.

Thanks I set layout setting to 200px for both the left and right columns. Now I have to figure out how to remove the extra category under the search function.
