That thread is from before the forum switch, so the mod would probably be found through the "older contributions" link at the top of Downloads.

Thanks, I found it by going to a users name in the link I provided in my original post and then viewing his old posts, I then found the wish list post, I tried to delete this post but don't see the option.

It is apparently hosted on the contributor's own site, according to the support thread (Zen Cart Support ARCHIVES > Archive-Contributions > Wishlist Contribution). I haven't read the whole thread to see if it was posted elsewhere or if it is still available.
