"New products box" not showing all products

I've searched quite a bit and found everything else that I needed on this forum, but I couldn't seem to find an answer to my minor problem.
The new products box, what displays an image only shows one section of my products. The products that are showing are 12cm balloons, this category was the very first lot of products that I put into the website.
I have tried to change things in the admin...

"New Product Listing - Limited to ...
Limit the New Product Listing to"

I have it currently set to 0 to show all products, this is where it only shows the 12cm balloons and nothing else from my site, unless that is all I can see and it's different on other PC's, for what ever reason.

All the other settings show the correct products
E.G.
1= Current Month
7= 7 Days

Maybe I have changed something or need to set something else.
It's not urgent, but any help would be great.

It doesnt matter I just got rid of the image box all together, I think it looks better with out it now that I changed the site around.
