Locked out from Admin Panel and nobody can make orders- PLEASE HELP

A few days ago the admin panel started to say that I entered the wrong username or password when trying to log-in. Also, customers are not able to log-into account. The page resets to the welcome guest. Needless to say that this is causing a large problem with no orders coming in. I have no idea what's causing this, and my Computer Tech is MIA. PLEASE HELP!!!

You might look in the FAQs to reset the admin password ...

Once you can login, then you will want to verify the Admin login settings in the Tools ... Admin Settings ...
