How do I change Low Order Fee display?

How do I change teh Low Order Fee to display Handling & Adult Signature Fee?

Go to Tools->Developer's Tool Kit. Type in "Low Order Fee" in "Key or Name" field and change next drop down to 1st option which is "All Language Files..." - this is how you find which file the text lurks in. It is in

/home/content/t/e/s/test1/html/shop/includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/ot_loworderfee.php

in this case.

Edit that file - replace the text as you please. Save changes like this so when you upgrade, you can reapply all your special tweaks more easily.
