Coupon - Discount and Free Shipping

Hi all.

I'd like a coupon that gives a percentage discount AND free shipping. Doesn't seem possible, as the free shipping overrides the discount...unless anyone knows better?

p.s It's the classic pub scenario. Locals get 25% and delivery to the pub. They collect from pub.

Discount Coupons ONLY offer 1 of the following:

1 Percentage Off

2 Amount Off

3 Free Shipping

At this time you cannot combine these features into the same Discount Coupon ...

I know this thread is from a few years ago, but this would be an extremely worthwhile to feature to expand upon.

Any plans to make the coupon feature more flexible? Or have there been any software add ons developed yet?
