Hi,
I only have Paypal setup. Why do i get this message when my client comes from the UK? (Our zen has been setup for New Zealand).

I think i found the answer in the payment module, where for paypal i had payment zone as NZ, which now i can only assume means - payments only come from NZ. Put in None for payment zone, and this message goes away - Phew!

Well all of the sudden I am getting this error from the state of WA why I have no clue. I have no zones set. Using only PayPal Express. It has been working fine for a couple weeks. Any clue. I am running 1.3.8a

I am having a simliar problem with paypal ipn
I have a regular customer from new zealand who up till the time i installed the latest version shopped happily. now she cant seem to pay through paypal. it tells her

"it does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish"
She also noted that it was very slow..
any ideas
