Only Want To Ship to a Few Countries

I only want to ship to a few countries. I thought I did it correctly, but during checkout, you still see all countries to choose from. How can I remove all countries except a few?

This is how I have it set...

Zone 1 Countries
US

Zone 1 Shipping Table

Zone 1 Handling Fee

Zone 2 Countries
CA,UK,GR

Zone 2 Shipping Table

You can restrict shipping to a certain custom-defined "zone":
a) create a new zone in Admin->Locations/taxes->Zone Definitions
b) call it "My Shipping Destinations"
c) after creating it, click on it and then click the Details button
d) now one-by-one add all the countries you want to ship to, selecting "All Zones" within each country you choose
e) now go to your shipping module, edit its settings, and find the "Zone" option ... choose "My Shipping Destinations" from the list.

This will restrict this shipping module to *only* show up if the customer's shipping address is in the list of countries you added in step (d).

Should be:

Zone 2 Countries
CA,GB,GR

NOTE: this setting 00 says everyone else in the world not otherwise listed gets this charge:

That worked. During the checkout process though, is there anyway to only show the 3 countries I want to ship to in the dropdown? Currently it shows all the countries, when I only need to display 3.
