Default Firefox and 3 Column Layout Mod

I apologize if this is on the wrong section, but I need another set of eyes.

I have the latest version of Zen-Cart
I'm using a modified version of the 'Red Passion' template
I have the '3 Column Mod' Installed

My problem is in Firefox (latest version) oddly enough.

The 3 column layout breaks. I know a fair amount of CSS, but virtually no php. I can't track down what is breaking the layout.

Click on the Shirts or Pants section to see what I mean. It doesn't do it everytime, but if it looks ok and I refresh the page, it breaksdown again.

    Thanks for any help!

On the shirts page, my editor reported a few errors, one or more of which may have something to do with the problem. It's amazing how the little things can cause so much trouble.

In the rendered page code (see it by viewing source in your browser), around lines 50 and 113, you have two of the quick search forms, both of which are identified in the code as <form name="quick_find_header"

A form name must be unique.

Down at the bottom, you have a BR without the trailing space...

    ...should be...
Tom Waters Online</a>.<br /> Designed by

Not sure if either of these could cause such a ruckus, but XHTML is less forgiving than HTML, even when it is served to the browser as html. So it wouldn't hurt to try fixing those bits to see if it helps.

Sigh....unfortunately not. I fixed the <br /> and removed the search option from the page, but it still breaks. I have a suspicion that something in the template is causing the break, otherwise we'd have heard more about this from the people who are using it. I'm just not sure where or how to track down the culprit.

I set the left column to 150px, the center column is default (whatever that is in the template). The 3 column mod is left to default.

Do the product images have to be a certain width? Anybody got any other ideas?

    thanks ya'll

Sorry I can't think of anything else Tig. ;-)

I even tried copying the page code when the page looked right, and again when it didn't, and running the pair of them through my editor's Find Differences. But it said they were identical. WTF?!?

Actually I do have one suggestion. Since the site behaves well in all other browsers (at least the half-dozen I've thrown at it) it might be an idea to take it to the Firefox folk directly (see their Forum)and see what they suggest. They may know of a particular bug in FF that is doing this, or this might be a new thing to them.
