We updated our server to PHP 5.0 - now as a result, nobody can login. Admins, users, nobody. So currently no one can place orders and we can't take it down without wiping files.
Any suggestions?? Thanks.

Your version of Zen Cart is not php5 compliant, you need to upgrade.

Additionally, why would you upgrade to only 5.0 when 5.2.x is out ?
v1.3.7.1 has addressed all known PHP 5 issues..
