Change from drop down menu to list format

I have been working on my store for a while and I just have one issue to fix until it is finally finished....

I added the default manufacturers layout box. How do I change it from a drop down menu to an unordered list menu?

It worked fine but it is not showing the full text of my menus

Polo Ralph Lauren is being displayed as Polo Ralp Laur....

There is enough space because the dots are being displayed and their are longer menu items in other sideboxes, see it here http://www.nikiababyworld.com
