How do you add text to last Thank You page after purchase complete?

Does anyone know how to access the text on the last Thank you page that the customer gets after completing a purchase? I just need to add text there and can't find that template or php page.

Make your changes and REMEMBER to save the edited file to

includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/checkout_success.php
