Can someone from Numinix reply to my issues sent through to your support team? It has been 2 MONTHS since we purchased from you and issues were meant to be looked into.
For those looking at paying for the Fast Easy Checkout, I would be wait first. We paid for 2 modules for a retail/wholesale site we have, it has now been a few months and we still have problems which haven't been resolved.
- Discounct coupon area doesn't show up, customers have no place to enter coupon codes.
- low stock reports emails received for every order we recieve, despite stock not being low. Plus these automated stock reports doesn't even show qty of stock, its blank.
- if items qualify for free shipping threshold, then the checkout page TEXT becomes really large
- for our wholesale site, where customers need to be authorised to have access, we can no longer authorise them as its been disabled. A fix was made but it has reverted back. Plus once customers are authorised, automated zencart welcome authorisation email is not sent. So customers are not even aware they have access.
