Domestic vs. Interenational Shipping

Am a newbie to ZenCart - and although have figured out much of the program, and trying to discern if there is a way to set up shipping for domestic versus international shipping rates - Am using a flat rate for both - but don't see any option to set both in the zencart shipping options

anyone know how to do this? Or if it CAN be done?

Yes. You need to use Zones and set the desired zone for the shipping (domestic or international.) See the Tutorials/FAQs.
