My Shopping Cart is a bit special, since we have do oversea customers, but don't want to the local customers can buy our product!!!

Do Zen-cart can do this or have a module can do this? I am using 1.3.7 version

Let me said a example ...

If one customers, come from English, base on the address.
And I have a products "OE8686", this products only for USA and other country, but not sale for English ..

So, I need something like that ... do zen-cart 1.3.7 can support?
