Orders not showing in admin -Please help. Very urgent!!!!!!

I have a website www.familypet-supplies.com. everything is working fine on this website except the following problem-

When a paypal order is placed, it gets processed through paypal and payment is made but it does not get processed in the store itself and it does not show up in the order module. At the same time , I am not receiving any email for the order placed on my website. But when money order option is selected the order is process fine through the store.

I recently transfered this website from one server to other. it was working fine on the last server, but after transfer only, I am finding this problem. Is something wrong with my website files or is it something to do with the new server?

Can somebody help , please.

Surely you tested a transaction on the new server before going live after the transfer?

Yes, orders were working fine before transfer.
