The word kg/lbs is not displayed

OK, I think I got all the options in the Admin correct. I have two issues:

1. The word "kg" or "lbs" does not displayed along with the product. It only shows the number (for example 3.3) but no "kg".

2. The number will only be displayed in the category view (product listing in a category) but will disappear altogether when a product is viewed individually.

Please check, for example this link where you can see the first item states 3.3 only and when clicked, the weight will disappear.

If you go back to the stock layout for that page does it work correctly?
