Inconsistency in category font size

I'm new to zencart, but when I set up my shop initially all fonts were fine - consistent throughout the site. Now the home page, and category pages are showing large fonts in the sideboxes ann center.- the product pages look perfect. Any ideas why or how to fix would be greatly appreciated!
