Running ZC 1.3.7.1 with most recent patches including PayPal patches.

And running PayPal IPN (not Express Checkout).

What could be the cause of the rectangular grey box containing PayPal transaction details to not appear on a specific customer order page in ZC admin. The order was for a download product. The order state comments on the same order admin page shows Paypal status as "completed" with a transaction ID and amount. But no grey box as is usual.

Logging into PayPal shows the transaction was completed.

A previous order today for the exact same downlaod product (same shipping method and also paid through PayPal) correctly displays the grey box.

Thinking it might be a callback notification delay or time out issue I waited for thirty minutes but no change. And jsut checked again and still no grey box. Something went burp.

But are not the details in order status comments and the Paypal transaction details in grey box derived from same source in ZC database?
