Removing the Category links from the top of page under logo

I am poking around, and have gotten the site pretty much like I like it, but I cannot get rid of the category links below the logo. I am sure that this is a setting somewhere, I just don't know where :)

Any help would be appreciated!

Till then, it's in Configure, Layout Settings, Near the bottom ~ Categories Tab Menu, On/Off.
