Hi all,
One of my clients has a problem with orders (2 so far, spaced over a month) getting deleted from the admin .
He says he went to update the order to shipped status and on clicking the update button, he got an IE cannot complete the connection screen and then on going back he found that the complete invoice of the order had vanished.
The order was still there in the database, though.
Anyone have any idea on what's going on...?
