Browser problem: Editor Plugins Not Avaiable from Configure -> My Store

I wanted to post this because I have been unable to get ANY (Not FCK, CK, or Tiny MCE) HTML editor to show up in any of the menus, no matter what I did. Since this was such a pain in the behind for me, I'm posting here in the hope that this helps someone else.

Please note that logging out and logging back in did NOT fix the problem. Nor did restarting the same browser :

It magically resolved itself once I changed browsers.... So if you're double sure you have all the files in the right places and you still can't see anything but "Plain Text" do yourself a favor and change browsers. If you're using IE, check from Firefox. If you're using Firefox, use Opera. If you're using Opera, use Chrome. Just use a different browser.....

The changing of browsers suggests that the problem was a cache/cookies issue.
