I have just updated to 1.3.7 and my new site now has Super Orders and it is amazing but I no longer have the shipping method and weight on my invoices. I do all of my shipping and packing with my invoices and really liked having that information there. Can I get it back on my invoices. Also there is strange stuff at the top like

Phone: STORE_PHONE
Fax: STORE_FAX
Fed Tax ID #FED_TAX_ID_NUMBER

These do not look very nice and I would like to delete them.

There are some invisible buttons under the phone and fax text listed above that I think are for previous and next invoice which is handy but because they are invisible I wasn't sure if it was correct or not.

Also the invoices are showing no payment and a balance due with orders that have been completely paid for with Authorize.net or Paypal. I do not want to deal with a lot of phone calls from customers that think that they have a balance due when they know that they have already paid.

I read the "read me" page that came with the Super Orders download and it mentioned admin > configuration > super orders > federal tax exempt number. I looked under admin > configuration but there is no super orders category there.
