How do I remove the form from the Contact Us page without removing the whole page?

I know this may sound like a stupid thing to want to do!

My contact Us form does not work as I don't have smtp enabled on my server (& can't get it enabled), so I need to remove the form just leaving the page for the rest of my contact details.

No.

I know I'm going to have to move to a host with smtp soon, but hopefully I can just work around that for now.

Does anyone know how to do this? Or at least what file I can find the form in to delete? I want to keep my contact_us information, and just delete the form.
