Subheader menu disappeared at checkout success page

I know that the text links for the subheader menu are found in /includes/templates/ZC03C8447TM/common/sub_header.php . When I search for sub_header.php in the Developers Tool Kit, I found this:

I just found out that my copyright and 'Home' link at the footer are repeated at the checkout success page. Perhaps this is related to the missing subheader menu? I recently installed Fast and Easy Checkout. I had to turn off Ultimate SEO URL to make it work properly. I am not sure if this module gives me this problem as I did a change in tpl_main_page.php.

was replaced with:
