I have left out the passwords and the new name I have given to my admin folder.
I hope it is just a problem of "/" wrongly placed because I am really stressed now as my zen cart has disappeared and my admin is giving me error and is not accessible anymore!

It all looks good except for your admin configure.php ... the last entry ... still has Hyena in it:
    define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/recycle2/public_html/Hyena/cache');

When I move the file to ".." my ftp does it, but when I go see my directory on my host panel, I still have Hyena folder under public_html. The files contained in Hyena are supposed to appear in the public_html directory at the same level as the other files like default.html?

    I still have : /
    public_html/
    Hyena/

Also when I try to access my admin panel I get that:
Warning: require(/home/recycle2/public_html/includes/autoload_func.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/recycle2/public_html/Hyena/AdminNewName/includes/application_top.php on line 147

It sounds like your FTP program didn't move the files.

I would have expected it to change from this:

    /public_html/Hyena/index.php
    /public_html/Hyena/includes/....
    /public_html/Hyena/admin/....
    /public_html/Hyena/email/....
    /public_html/Hyena/docs/.....

    etc

    to:
    /public_html/index.php
    /public_html/includes/....
    /public_html/admin/....
    /public_html/email/....
    /public_html/docs/....
    and
/public_html/Hyena/ (which would be an empty folder because all the files were already moved out of it)

Try moving just the /public_html/Hyena/index.php via your FTP program.
    What happens?
