    red flag 1.40 + 0.85 = 1.90? Where did my 35 cents go?

    Hi,

I've got a product set up with its default price at $1.05 and a minimum of 210 units, plus quantity price discounts (set by Actual Price) as follows:

    Default . . . Qty Discount--------------------------;
    210+ . . . . . 525+ . . . . . 1050+ . . . . . 2625+
    $1.05 . . . . . $0.99 . . . . . $0.90 . . . . . $0.85

I also have an attribute that adds $1.40 per unit via + Price, as well as $160.00 via One Time.

If I were to purchase 3000 of these products, simple logic and knowledge of elementary math both tell me that my price should be calculated along the lines of (3000*(0.85+1.40))+160. Right?

Well, for some reason the $160.00 One Time charge comes out right, but my unit price is totaling only $1.90. This is $0.35 short of the correct $2.25 price.

    Any idea what's going on?

    +10.00 = $2.00 per unit.
    +1,000.00 = $1.90 per unit.
    +2.25 = $1.90 per unit.

    Yeah.

Am I doing this totally wrong or something?

    Solved...

I disabled "Product Priced by Attributes" and now it calculates fine.

    Strange, eh?

Products priced by Attributes, when used incorrectly, will cause prices to appear wrong ...

A Product that IS Priced by Attributes is one where the Attribute Option Values prices are required to make up the total Price of the Product ...

If that is not the case, then the Product is NOT Priced by Attribute ...
