templatemonster.com template problem... or maybe it's me!

Hi, new to the forum.

About two, three months back, I purchased an OScommerce template from templatemonster.com. I host with XO.com - and they said they would have to do some tinkering with code so that the template would start working... then they said that I would have much better luck with zen-cart, as they have an automatic installer for ZC, etc... so, I found a template I like, followed all the instructions, and now it's not working:

When I installed it and went to that address, I could see the default template fine. I followed the instructions on installing the template I purchased, chose it, etc, in the zen-cart admin area... and now I get this.

Now XO is wanting to charge me money to find out what's wrong, etc... and I figured I'd stop here first before I get charged a ton of money for something I can fix myself, with your help!

So, if anyone can help me... if you've seen this problem... I went through the FAQ and didn't find anything that might help with this problem. And if there is, my apologies, this whole process has been quite frustrating.
