All products, new products missing from cat side box

I am working on a site and the all products and new products links are missing from the category side box. The client now wants these back, and I am not sure how they were removed to begin with. I tried replacing categories.php and tpl_categories.php and that didn't work. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance

Did you perhaps turn them off in the Configuration ... Layout Settings ...

90= 90 Days
120= 120 Days
