Default Cant add Sale to 2 catagories but special works

    Hello All,
Okay. I used EZ populate yesterday and got my site a little screwed up. Got it back on track though pretty quickly. After doing so I have 2 cats that wont use sale pricing. Specials for that cat works tho.

Using EZ pop again. I took a download from my live site. I uploaded this spread to my test site. I moved all products from 1 of the 2 categories into a new category, applied a sale and it did nothing. I made one product special and it worked.

So the problem is somehow a part of the product it seems. None of these products are linked or under any other sale or special. Just them all alone.

So why cant I apply a sale to them?

    Thanks In Advance,
    John

okay, I have done more testing on this matter. I have gone and created a new category in my test store. I went into the cat im having problems with and used the move function for just 1 product.

I moved it into the new category and then applied a sale to the new category. It did not work.
I added a brand new item right next to it and the new product shows a sale price but still the original product did not.
    Whats going on here?
