Is there are reports that shows me when certain admins have logged in and how many new items have been added and when they where added?

There is not yet any report viewer for the admin activity; however, the raw data is available in your database via the "admin_activity_log" table. You could use phpMyAdmin to view the data. You could possibly export it from phpMyAdmin to a spreadsheet and sort/view it that way.
