I have read a fair bit through other posts on this subject but I'm confused. My customer has placed an order and it is in my processing part of Zencart. I logged into Paypal but it isn't in there.

Hi there
If there is no record of payment in your PayPal account then your customer hasn't paid! If the order is in ZC then check the actual payment method chosen, my guess is that it's not PayPal.
Payment Method: Credit Card
I set it up with Paypal, strange thing is that he didn't reply to my e-mail? So I haven't sent the products.
What can I do?

PayPal IPN (Basic PayPal service)
plus the checkout. Is this making sense??
We have a different problem here. We get notification that an order was placed, and paid for by paypal, but there is no order in ZenCart, or should I say we have an order that has no items in it. It has a shipping and a total but no items associated with it.
Any ideas on this?
