Force Login to View Site - how?

I want to use Zen Cart to create a kind of club. I don't want users to be able to view products unless they are logged in. I set Configuration > Customer Details, set Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices to 1 (must login to browse) but this seems to be working as 2 (May browse but no prices unless logged in). When going to the site the side bars are missing but new products are listed and also categories and users may browse these without logging in. I want everything to be hidden until the user has logged in. Is that possible?

There is a slight moofy bug in that at the moment that has been correct in the upcoming Zen Cart v1.3.8 ...

We should have that out before too long ...
