I'm not sure if this is a gift certificate problem or an e-mail problem...I'm testing my coupons/gift certificates by sending one to my personal e-mail account (just to see how the whole process works before I send one to an actual customer). I sent the e-mail a couple of hours ago and it still hasn't arrived in my inbox. I sent it from Admin-->Gift Certificate/Coupons-->Mail Gift Certificate. It listed my website e-mail address as the "send from" address. Could it be configured wrong? When I send e-mails directly from my mail server, the message shows up right away. I can't send out coupons until I know they'll actually arrive in my customers' inboxes. Any help would be appreciated.
