    Default Stuck @ step 4

Hi, installing on Windows server 2003. Did the same installation on a different windows server several times without a glitch. This time, I'm stuck @ step 4, after clicking "save system settings" the install attempts to proceed then, just freeze...on that page.
My servetr specs are: windows server 2003, IIS 6, PHP 5.2.4, MySQL is on a remote machine...MySQL version: 5.0

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That might be a result of failed FTP upload.
I'd start by uploading again, checking to be sure that all files upload correctly, without timeouts, and nothing gets saved as a 0-byte file, etc.

Actually, it's a dedicated server that I have full access to, so I downloaded and extracted the file directly on the server. I did not have to upload it. FTP and uploads issues are excluded.

The "Save System Settings" button attempts to write all the chosen settings into the configure.php files.
Perhaps you have a permissions problem that is blocking the files from being written, and thus preventing the page from proceeding properly. Or maybe a quota limit problem?

I gave both configure.php full right, R W and modify. Could not be the issue there.
