Shipping Module - how do I do per weight unit?

I currently have Per Weight Unit Shipping installed with a sort order of 1, store pickup installed with a sort order of 2, ups with a sort order of 3 and Zone Based Rates installed with a sort order of 4. So, I need to eliminate the zone rates?

Remove that and it is now available to all ...
